Privacy Policy

Ceres helps families organize shared calendars, tasks, milestones, and reminders. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and avatar preference.
- Family content you create: events, tasks, lists, milestones, notes, and reminders, scoped to the families you belong to.
- Technical data: standard logs and device/push tokens needed to deliver notifications.
- Cycle tracking (optional): if you use cycle tracking, that data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly create an encrypted backup.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service: to show your family’s shared information to the right people, send the reminders you ask for, and keep accounts safe. We do not sell your personal data.
Multi-tenant isolation
Family data is isolated per family using database row-level security. Members can only access families they belong to. We never expose one family’s data to another.
Sub-processors
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
- Vercel — application hosting.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You can also delete your account from Settings, which removes your profile and personal data.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and remove you from your families; shared content you created may be retained by the family unless you request its removal.
Children
Ceres supports family members of different ages, including children, added and managed by a family administrator. Accounts are intended to be created by adults responsible for their household.
