These terms govern your use of Ceres. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be an adult to create a family. Family administrators are responsible for the members they add and the roles they assign.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Ceres for anything unlawful or to harm others.
• Don’t attempt to access data belonging to families you’re not a member of.
• Don’t disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it to your family and operate the service. You’re responsible for the content you share.

Plans and billing

Ceres offers a free tier. Paid plans, if enabled for your account, are billed as described at checkout. Pricing and features may change with notice.

Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep Ceres reliable but provide it “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
